BASIL - HOOK-ON SYSTEM HOOKS
The two black hooks can be used as replacement hooks for Basil panniers and attached to existing Hook-On systems. The hooks can be adjusted in multiple positions on the system, making them suitable for many carriers.

- The hooks are part of Basil's Hook-On system for attaching single panniers
