Everything you need to know about getting your bike or gear delivered anywhere in New Zealand.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We strive to get your gear moving as quickly as possible.
- In-Stock Items: Usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Warehouse Stock Items (Bikes Only): Require additional assembly or transfer time, typically dispatched within 3-5 business days.
- Business Days: Our dispatch team operates Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

South Island bike deliveries may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Bicycles
- Bay of Plenty: from $99 (incl. basic bike fit)
- North Island: from $149
- South Island: from $329
Bikes are fully built at CycleWorx and securely packed before dispatch.
Small Items & Accessories
- $9.99 Nationwide delivery (including South Island)
- FREE on orders over $149
- $16.99 for rural deliveries

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery's progress.
