Refund policy
You have 7 days to ask for a return. We look at every request one-by-one, so please email us at info@cycleworx.co.nz first to see if we can help.
We try to be flexible with returns, however, we can not guarantee that a return will be accepted, it will be on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out first to discuss. It is always in the best interest to keep all receipts, packaging and everything that came with the item and in new as condition as possible.

We need product returns to be done within 7 days of purchase.
If your return is approved, we kindly ask that you arrange the return shipping and cover the cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, (based of the information above) make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
