In-Store Payment

Prefer to pay in person? Visit us at 9/38 Ashley Place, Papamoa Beach, Papamoa 3118 and pay via EFTPOS, credit card, or cash when you collect your bike. Our team can also help you explore financing options face-to-face and answer any questions about your purchase.

 

Payment FAQs

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We also offer buy now, pay later options at checkout for eligible purchases, plus EFTPOS and cash for in-store transactions.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and meet PCI compliance standards. We never store your complete card details, and digital wallet payments add an extra layer of security through tokenization.

Can I pay when I pick up my bike in-store?

Yes, you can pay at either of our NZ locations when you collect your order. We accept EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and cash for in-store payments. Just select the local pickup option at checkout.

Do you charge my card immediately?

For most orders, payment is processed when you complete checkout. For custom builds or special orders, we'll confirm the payment timeline with you directly. If you're using a payment plan, the schedule will be outlined during checkout.

What if I have issues at checkout?

If you encounter any payment issues during checkout, try refreshing the page or using a different payment method. If problems persist, contact our team and we'll help you complete your order over the phone or arrange an alternative payment solution.
