We keep delivery simple and rider-friendly, with clear pricing and options that make it easy to get your new bike or gear wherever you are.

Bikes – North Island
Bike Delivery Rates

FREE – Bay of Plenty & Waikato

$49 – Auckland

$199 – Rest of the North Island

This also includes a basic bike fit. Bikes are securely packed, & a CycleWorx crew member delivers them direct to you.

Nationwide
Small Item Delivery

Parts, accessories, and clothing are shipped nationwide across New Zealand (Aotearoa.)

 

$5.99 Nationwide Delivery and any orders $99 or over are FREE delivery.

 

Everything is packed carefully so it arrives ready to ride or install.

Timing
Dispatch & Delivery

Once your order and payment are confirmed:

  • In-stock bikes and items are usually dispatched promptly (Same day or within 2 business days).
  • Warehouse stock items can take additional time
  • Delivery times vary by City and courier schedules but normally within 1-4 business days.

If you need something by a specific date, our team will do everything we can to help.

Pickup Option
Click & Collect

Prefer to pick up in person? Choose in-store pickup from our Papamoa location.

Your bike will be fully built, checked, and ready. We can help with setup and fit on collection.
