We keep delivery simple and rider-friendly, with clear pricing and options that make it easy to get your new bike or gear wherever you are.

Bikes DELIVERIES
Bike Delivery Rates

From $99 - Bay of Plenty (incl. Basic Bike Fit)

From $149 - North island

From $329 - South Island

This also includes a basic bike fit for the Bay of Plenty. Bikes are built at CycleWorx and securely packed, then delivered directly to you.

Nationwide
Small Item Delivery

Parts, accessories, and clothing are shipped nationwide across New Zealand (Aotearoa)

 

$9.99 Nationwide Delivery, and any orders $149 or over are FREE delivery.

 

We do charge extra for rural and/or large deliveries, which will be calculated at checkout

 

Everything is packed carefully so it arrives ready to ride or install.

Timing
Dispatch & Delivery

Once your order and payment are confirmed:

  • In-stock bikes and items are usually dispatched promptly (Same day or within 2 business days).
  • Warehouse stock items can take additional time.
  • Delivery times vary by City and courier schedules, but are normally within 1-4 business days, with extra days for South Island deliveries.

If you need something by a specific date, our team will do everything we can to help.

Pickup Option
Click & Collect

Prefer to pick up in person? Choose in-store pickup from our Papamoa location.

Your bike will be fully built, checked, and ready. We can help with setup and fit on collection.
